A honey-processed coffee from the famous San Diego mill in Costa Rica. Honey processed coffees fall somewhere in between washed coffees and natural coffees, with a little bit of the fruit left on the cherry for drying. This results in a little extra sweetness and fruit character in the finished coffee.
