It has been a wild year for coffee, but we finally got our first 88+ cup score coffee in! Peñas Blancas Java Natural is, as the name says, a naturally processed Colombian coffee. It reminds me a lot of the Cordillera de Fuego we have had the past few years - sweet and very fruit forward with a hint of acidity.
