La Bastilla Anaerobic
It’s time for another new anaerobic coffee on the shelves. This one comes from the team at La Bastilla Coffee Estates, the same farm in Nicaragua that grew our crowd favorite Blueberry Candy coffee a few years ago. The rios coffee cherries had some yeast added to them before taking a little nap in a sealed tank for a few days, letting the yeast work its magic on the coffee fruit and adding some extra flavor to the finished coffee along the way. The end result is a cup of coffee packed full of big flavor and a nice clean finish. We will have it in stock through September, so be sure to grab some while you can!
