The first single origin coffee we have carried from Mexico, this one leaves us wondering why we waited so long! Grown outside the usual coffees of southern Mexico, this banger comes to us from the middle of the West Coast - about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta in the foothills of a volcano. This coffee goes through an anaerobic fermentation before being naturally processed. The result is a bright, fruity, and absolutely delicious. It’s limited stock, so get it while you can!
