A washed coffee from the El Centro region of Costa Rica. We had the naturally-processed version of this coffee earlier this year, and it was a total banger. This version will be a little softer and juicier, with a little less acidity and less berry flavors. The really high cupping score this coffee received promises a high-quality cup of Joe for those who like a more traditional flavor profile.
